Mumiyo is a dietary supplement. "Mumio" is a word of Greek origin and means "preserving body". It is formed in mountains and caves by a combination of weathered rocks and organic particles, so it is rich in minerals.
Dosage and method of use
Take 1-2 times (always a daily dose or half of it) daily in the morning 30 minutes before meals and in the evening no earlier than 2 hours after dinner. Drink the tablet with plenty of water. It can also be dissolved in the mouth, warm liquid, etc.
For adults up to 70 kg 1 tablet, up to 80 kg 1.5 tablets, from 80 kg upwards 2 tablets.
For children from 3 years 1/4 tablet, from 8 years 1/2 tablet, from 14 years 1 tablet.
Use for 10-30 days. It can be used repeatedly after a break of 10-30 days.
