Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage: Mix 2 scoops (20 g) with 300-400 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before exercise. Take once a day.

L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (L-AAKG), beta-alanine, aroma, maltodextrin, green coffee powder (2%) - natural caffeine extract (Coffea L.), extract from green coffee beans (Coffea arabica L.), anti-caking agent (silica), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), acids (citric acid, malic acid), L-theanine, salt, color (Brilliant Blue FCF).
