HydraFit is designed to prepare a hypotonic drink (Osmolarity 190 mOsm / l) for rapid rehydration and electrolyte replenishment . It efficiently supplements the losses that arise from excessive sweating during intense physical activity. Special base with minerals, maltodextrin and 9 vitamins effectively hydrates. Contains potassium and magnesium, which contribute to normal muscle function, magnesium helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Ideal for all kinds of sports, also before and during exercise.
Use:
20g (2 tablespoons) mix the powder in about 500 ml of water.
Recommendation: drink 50-100 ml at intervals of 15-20 minutes. Adults use 3 portions per day (60g), children under 15 years 1 portion (20g).
Composition:
Dextrose, maltodextrin, acidity regulators: citric acid, trisodium citrate; aroma: red orange; dye: betanin powder; magnesium citrate, dicalcium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic potassium phosphate, anti-caking agent: silica; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweetener: sucralose; nicotinamide, calcium-D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid (pteroylglutamic), biotin, cyanocobalamin.
