Natures Aid The digestive complex with betaine is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets, which contains betaine hydrochloride (betaine HCl), amylase, protease, lipase, lactase and cellulase. Digestive enzymes are usually produced in the digestive system and are responsible for the breakdown of food.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets daily with food.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Betaine HCl (betaine hydrochloride) 100 mg, amylase 20 mg, cellulase 5 mg, lactase 40 mg, lipase 20 mg, protease 40 mg.
Ingredients : calcium phosphate (filler), microcrystalline cellulose (emulsifier), betaine hydrochloride, maltodextrin, dextrin, lipase (from soy ), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silica), lactase (from wheat and soy ), cellulase, protease (from wheat ), sodium chloride, amylase (from soybeans ).
