Dosage and method of use

Microwave heating: At a power of 600 W, heat for a maximum of 3 minutes. If the thermophore starts to increase in volume too much, stop heating and allow the pad to cool. Then reheat.

Heating in gas, hot air and electric oven: Heat for a maximum of 10 minutes at 150 ° C. If the thermophore starts to increase in volume too much, stop heating and allow the pad to cool completely. Then reheat.
