Adequate intake of folic acid is especially important during pregnancy, when it contributes to healthy growth, fetal development and thus prevents birth defects of children. The vitamin B complex effectively reduces homocysteine ​​levels.

Recommended dosage:
Adults 1-2 tablets per day, pregnant and nursing women 2 tablets per day, children 7 to 16 years old 1 tablet per 2 days.
