Optifibre 

OptiFiber is a plant fiber that helps naturally support intestinal function and proper digestion. OptiFibre can be mixed into hot and cold drinks and mashed foods, where they dissolve quickly. It does not affect the taste or consistency of food and drinks. It is suitable for everyone, including pregnant women, diabetics and children from 3 years.

Composition:

• partially hydrolysed guar gum - 100% vegetable soluble fiber
• it does not contain gluten, fructose, flavorings or sweeteners

Dosage:

5-25g OptiFibre daily or as recommended by your doctor. Increase the dose gradually. OptiFiber should be used for 2-3 weeks. The effect usually occurs after a few days.
