NosiFol Forte DuoActive is a dietary supplement with a sweetener in the form of sachets. It contains myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol in a natural ratio of 40: 1 and biologically active folate of the latest generation Quatrefolic, which is important in people with a lower ability to activate folic acid to its biologically active form. Low folate levels in pregnant women are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. 

• Folate is involved in the process of cell division and contributes to the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy. The beneficial effect is obtained with an additional daily folate intake of 400 μg at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception.
• Zinc in both men and women contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

Dosage:

Dissolve 1-2 bags a day in a glass of water and drink, preferably before meals. The recommended period of use is at least 3 months.
