Coenzyme Q 10 is a liposoluble substance and is therefore produced in the form of soft gelatin capsules, where the active substance is dissolved in sesame oil, a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients:
Coenzyme Q 10, thickener coconut oil, plasticizers glycerol and sorbitol, thickener palm oil, emulsifiers soy lecithin and beeswax, color E172, purified water.
Dosage:
Adults take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with food. The capsules are taken whole and drunk with sufficient fluid.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Warning:
Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
High doses of Coenzyme Q10 may reduce the effect of warfarin (a medicine that affects blood clotting). If you are taking warfarin or other medicines that affect blood clotting, do not take coenzyme Q 10 without the supervision of a doctor. Tell your doctor that you are taking Coenzyme Q 10 before prescribing any medicine.
