Ingredients
SOYA protein, skimmed milk powder, polydextrose (E1200), SOYA lecithin, modified starch, vegetable oil (SOYA), minerals (potassium chloride, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium citrate, zinc sulphate, ferric pyrophosphate, manganese sulphate, manganese sulphate, potassium, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate) and vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, D-pantothenate, calcium, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate. beta-carotene, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, phyloquinone , ergocalciferol, cyanocobalamin), onion powder (3.8%), salt, MILK protein, thickeners: cellulose gum (E466), psyllium husk powder (0.1%), pepper (0.4%), broccoli (0 , 4%), leek (0.3%), colorant: carotene (E160a). Use
Dispense 300 ml of cold water into the shaker and add the contents of one sachet. Shake well and heat. Eat 6 servings of NUPO diet daily, preferably at regular intervals, for about 2-3 hours. 1 package of the NUPO diet contains 12 servings from one flavor.
Notice
If NUPO is the only food source, it should not be used for more than 3 weeks without consulting a doctor. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children. When dieting, do not forget the drinking regime, drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day.
