Preparation to supplement the amino acid L-Glutamine (obtained by fermentation technology). L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and is absolutely essential for the functioning of the whole organism. Muscles, cells and the brain use L-Glutamine as fuel. Of all the amino acids in muscle mass, L-Glutamine has the highest proportion, up to 61%. Stress and overwork put muscle to reduce the amount of glutamine in the body. L-Glutamine, together with L-Lysine, is also essential for the renewal of intestinal mucosa cells, where it makes up 70% of the total amino acids.
