Orthomol® Natal is a dietary supplement that contains a balanced combination of nutrients important for a child's development. It is intended for women during pregnancy, breastfeeding and also for women planning a pregnancy.

• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the normal development of the brain and to the normal vision of the fetus and breastfed baby. The beneficial effect is achieved here with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
• Iron , folic acid and vitamin B12 are involved in the normal production of red blood cells.
• Vitamins C, B6 , B12 and D, zinc, selenium and iron help the normal function of the immune system.
• Calcium, vitamins D and K  help maintain normal bone condition.
• Calcium, magnesium, zinc , iron , vitamin D , vitamin B12 and folic acid  are involved in the process of cell division.
• Iodine and selenium  contribute to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland.
• Probiotics.

Dosage:

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (= daily portion) in approximately 150-200 ml of still water or fruit juice and take it daily with or after food. Also take brown capsules (omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, trace elements) and a white capsule containing cultures of lactic acid bacteria. You can take the daily dose during the day with any meal.
