Pamex Melatonin RELAX is a food supplement containing melatonin and magnesium. Melatonin is the so-called the sleep hormone, a substance that affects our circadian rhythms. A substance of the body's own which normally increases after the onset of darkness. Its production may decrease with age. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity.
- Melatonin tablets with a slit , which contain 0.49 mg of melatonin and 30 mg of magnesium in a daily dose.
- It is not addictive.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended daily dose for adults: take half a tablet daily at bedtime.
Composition
Thickeners: cellulose, magnesium carbonate (magnesium), firming agent: calcium phosphates, tablet coating (polishing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dye: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent: talc, emulsifier: polyethylene glycol, filler: polydextrose, emulsifier: polysorbate 80), anti-caking agent : magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.
