Peat thermophore from natural peat for repeated use. After simple heating in the microwave, it will provide you with up to 3 hours of pleasant warmth.
The classic shape of the heating bottle filled with natural peat mixture guarantees maintaining the temperature for several times longer than classic water-filled thermophores. Thanks to its easy preparation and application, it is especially suitable for home use.
The package includes a textile cover made of 100% cotton, which prevents the initial thermal shock. After heating to the desired temperature (50 - 60 °C), before you apply the pad to the affected area, test the temperature by palpation.
Thermophore is suitable for heat therapy in subacute and chronic conditions of rheumatic origin, non-inflammatory joint pain, stiffness of muscles, joints and spine, abdominal pain, menstrual problems, etc. Thermophore can also be colds and used as a cold therapy for swelling, inflammation, bumps, headaches and for normal cooling during hot days.

Dosage and method of use
Instructions for use:
- Heating in the microwave: maximum 3 minutes at 600 watts. Turn off the grill function!
- Heating in gas, hot air and electric ovens: place the product on a porcelain plate (it must not touch the walls of the oven) and heat for a maximum of 10 minutes at 150 °C. Turn off the grill function!
- Heating in a water bath: it is best to use a heating device with temperature control. Put the product in a container with cold water, heat the water to about 80 ° C, then turn off the heating and the pad does not want to warm up for another 5-10 minutes in the water bath. Then remove it and dry it. Water must not boil!
DO NOT LEAVE THE PRODUCT UNATTENDED WHEN HEATING!
Attention! In heat therapy, do not use thermophores for pains of inflammatory origin, circulatory disorders, febrile conditions!
Cold application: Place the product without a cotton coating in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Do not put the product in the freezer!
