Dosage and method of use

Warm application - heat in a water bath for 8 minutes at 80 ° C, or in a microwave oven for a maximum of 2 minutes at 600 W, or a maximum of 5 minutes at 360 W, or 8 minutes at 180 W. Remove the cotton cover.
Refrigerant application - cool in a refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Do not put in the freezer. Remove the cotton cover.
