Effect If you also want to build muscle mass, this product is recommended in combination with Peeroton WHEY or Peeroton AMINO 2300.
Consumption recommendation 3 capsules twice a day, preferably before meals. For training/competition: 3 capsules before and immediately after exercise. Always take BCAA on an empty stomach. Optimum effect with a needs-based daily liquid intake.
