Pirabene contains the active substance piracetam. This substance positively affects the function of brain cells in the area of learning and memory, alertness and consciousness. In patients with insufficient functions of the central nervous system, both short-term and long-term administration of piracetam increases alertness and improves cognitive abilities.
Pirabene can be administered to adults, adolescents and children from 8 years of age. It can be given to children with sickle cell anemia from the age of 3.

Dosage and method of use
1-2 tablets are taken 2 times a day. Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.

Contraindication
Pirabene should not be used during pregnancy unless clearly necessary. It should not be used by breastfeeding women.
