Omega-3 from a superpure source - a krill living in the ocean around Antarctica, where the world's cleanest seawater is. Omega-3s are obtained by the Ecoharvest method, which minimizes unwanted catches when other marine animals are caught (this is common in fishing, which is the most common source of omega-3 products). The krill used to make Omega-3 Puhdistamo lives in the seas far from refineries and large shipping operations, so the resulting product maintains high purity. In addition, omega-3s are in a natural phospholipid form, which is natural for the body and therefore highly usable (can be compared to the consumption of whole fish).

The properties of omega-3 fatty acids are related to the overall physical and mental condition, their proper ratio in the diet is the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Omega-3 and omega-6 should be consumed in a maximum ratio of 1: 5, ideally a ratio of 1: 2. Unfortunately, the real ratio of consumption of omega-3 and omega-6 is about 1:15, which is a very risky value. (Too many pastries, pasta, cold cuts, fats, generally industrially processed foods).
