EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid ) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are the major omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids that have a beneficial effect on our health. Our body cannot make them by themselves and must take them in the food. Their main source is fish.

• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart activity (beneficial effect is achieved with 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily)
• DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain activity and normal vision (a beneficial effect is achieved with 250 mg of DHA daily)

Reflex Nutrition uses procedures to ensure that every dose of Reflex Omega 3 fatty acids is checked for all contaminants and is therefore free from heavy metals and other contaminants.

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food. Children from 3 years of age give 1 capsule daily with food.

Composition:

Fish oil concentrate 1000 mg: thereof EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 330 mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 220 mg per capsule. Beef gelatin, humidifier glycerol, water.
