Reishi ( Ganoderma lucidum), together with Betaglukane, is an ideal supplement to promote immunity, regulating blood cholesterol levels and affecting the circulatory system.

Dosage:  1 capsule twice a day. Drink plenty of water. 2 capsules twice a day in bad weather and flu season.
