Scitec Nutrition 100% Creatine is a food supplement in the form of a loose powder. Creatine is a nitrogen-containing organic acid found in the body of vertebrates. 95% of the creatine found in the body is found in the muscles. 100% Creatine Monohydrate contains the most scientifically researched form of creatine.
Creatine increases physical performance during consecutive short-term intervals of high-intensity physical performance with 3 g of creatine per day.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage:
Mix daily 1 dose (3.4 g = 1/2 scoop) of the product with 300 ml of water or any liquid.
At least 3 grams of creatine per day should be taken to achieve beneficial effects. Divide your body weight (kg) by three and use this value (in grams) every day during the loading phase (use in the first week). After this period, half the maintenance dose is recommended.
For every 3.4 grams of creatine, take 300 ml of liquid to achieve proper solubility. Do not take more than 10 grams at a time and divide the daily dose.
On a non-training day, take 1 dose before a meal. On training day 30 minutes before training. After training, ideally take on an empty stomach, according to the possibility of training, together with simple carbohydrates.
