Solgar Iron 20 mg is a dietary supplement in capsule form. It contains iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate.
Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal function of the immune system, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, and participates in the process of cell division.
The capsules do not contain gluten, wheat, milk, soy, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavors or dyes. They are suitable for vegans.
A unique form of iron (ferrous bisglycinate) is created for maximum absorption without the symptoms of irritation of the digestive tract that often accompany iron supplementation.

Dosage and method of use
