Organic psyllium seeds

The ripe seeds of the plantain species are largely not digestible and are a good source of fiber. They taste and smell neutral and should be soaked in liquid for 30 minutes before consumption or taken with plenty of liquid. Mix it swollen into yoghurt or, unswollen, also suitable as a sprinkling for pastries. Listen to your gut feeling and do something good for your digestion!
