Sorbecta is a medical device with a mechanical effect, which is intended for the treatment of diarrheal diseases through mechanical adsorption of pathogenic microorganisms and toxins in the intestinal lumen.
It works quickly against diarrhea, thanks to the banana flavor it tastes even to the smallest ones and is suitable for pregnant and lactating women. Sorbecta is a product against chronic and acute diarrhea for the whole family.
The main ingredient in Sorbecta is diosmectite, a natural purified clay with a high binding capacity that is able to bind to intestinal mucous mucus and thus increases its cohesion, strength, viscosity and flexibility, prolonging its life. With this physical effect, it protects the mucosa against infection and harmful substances and enables faster healing. At the same time, Sorbecta is able to mechanically bind toxic substances produced by the diarrhea agent. Sorbecta does not stain the stool, does not accelerate or slow down the passage through the digestive tract. It is not absorbed (does not work completely), it is excreted in the faeces.
