Lactosolv is a dietary supplement containing a high dose of the enzyme lactase. It contributes to the metabolism of lactose and thus facilitates the digestion of milk and dairy products during lactose intolerance. The enzyme lactase contained in a dietary supplement breaks down lactose in the gut into glucose and galactose. Thus, the intake of lactose-containing foods can be facilitated in a natural way.

Dosage and method of use

Depending on the amount of lactose in the food / drink consumed, take 1-3 capsules and drink them with water. Do not chew. One capsule breaks down about 29 g of lactose - equivalent to about 1 liter of milk.
