Stoptussin cures a dry, irritating, difficult to cough cough of various origins. The product suppresses cough irritation, changes the composition of the bronchial mucus and makes it easier to cough up. Stoptussin syrup should not be used during the first three months of pregnancy; It is intended for adults, adolescents and children from the age of 6 months .

Measure the appropriate amount of syrup using the measuring cup provided or the dispensing pipette. Take syrup after a meal and drink it down with liquid (water, tea, fruit juice). The interval between doses should be 4-6 hours. If the symptoms do not resolve or lessen within 3 days or the condition worsens, you should consult your doctor. Do not take the medicine for more than 7 days without consulting your doctor.

Ingredients

The active substances are butamirate citrate (0.08 g) and guaifenesin (2.0 g) in 100 ml syrup. The other ingredients are maltitol solution, sorbic acid, citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, propyl gallate, disodium edetate dihydrate, acesulfame potassium, sodium cyclamate, hyetellose, caramel flavor and purified water.
