Vitamins C, D and zinc for healthy immunity. Supradyn Immune effervescent tablets contain vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc. An important triple combination for supporting immunity, especially in autumn and winter. Vitamin C helps the normal function of the immune system , helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and has a positive effect on the nervous system, protects cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and is important for healthy bones and teeth. Dosage
Take 1 effervescent tablet daily, preferably during or after a meal. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water. It is best taken during or after a meal.
