A complex of vitamins, minerals and trace elements to support women's nutrition . The three-layer tablet allows the gradual release of the active substances. In the first phase (within 5 minutes), B vitamins and magnesium are released , which have a positive effect on energy metabolism and the activity of the nervous system. In the second phase (within 1 hour) copper, selenium, chromium, iodine, calcium, zinc, iron and resveratrol are released . Adequate iron intake contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and normal energy metabolism. Women need regular iron intake to cover losses during the menstrual cycle. Resveratrol contributes to the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system .In the third phase (within 8 hours), fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E are released together with vitamin C and biotin . Vitamins C, D and A have a beneficial effect on the immune system.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily. Swallow the tablet with enough water, preferably water.
