PREPARATION of our Swedish herbs for Swedish bitters:
- Empty 1.5-2 liters of at least 38% alcohol by volume with the herbs and roots into a sealable glass jar
- Stir 1x daily
- Let it steep for about 21 days and then bottle.
Probably the most famous home remedy in the world!
PREPARATION AS TEA:
Preparing it as a tea is not quite as effective as preparing it with alcohol, but there are still good experiences with this type of preparation.
For a tea, take 1-2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture and pour 250ml of boiling water. Then you can strain the herbs after 5-10 minutes and enjoy the tea.
