Vitamin D is recommended for everyone especially during the winter months in the absence of sunlight, people with limited sun exposure, children and seniors.
Dosage
Use 1-2 drops a day for infants and children under 12 years of age , children over 12 years and adults take 2 drops a day. Turn the bottle upside down and wait for the drop to spill. Put babies and young children directly on the tongue or give them a spoonful of liquid or mash.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 μg (400 IU) per drop.
Carrier - extra virgin olive oil; cholecalciferol. Free of flavors and sweeteners. Without dyes and preservatives.
