Swiss NatureVia Vitamin D3-Ef contains 25 μg of vitamin D3 in a small, easily swallowable tablet.

Composition in 1 tablet:

vitamin D3 25 μg (1000I.U.) 500% DDD *
other ingredients: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents and fillers)

Dosage:
Adults 1 tablet per day, with food.
