Omega 3-6-7-9 is an organic blend of vegetable oils from vegan sources. It is a mixture of linseed, hemp, olive, borage oil, rice bran oil and sea buckthorn oil . It contains omega 3-6-9 in a ratio of approximately 2: 1: 1 and less common omega-7. The preparation is suitable for diabetics, people with heart disease, elderly people, people with skin problems.
Dosage
Add 1-3 teaspoons to the food, smoothie or salad. Do not heat or use oil for cooking.

MAGNIFOOD OIL MIX: Linseed oil - organic 65,94%, Hemp oil - organic 20%, Olive oil - organic 8%, Borage oil - organic 3%, Rice bran oil - organic 1%, Sea buckthorn oil - organic 1 %, Sea buckthorn oil - seed - bio 1%, Tocopherol - antioxidant 0,06%.
