Ingredients
Magnesium Chloride.
Use
Pour 250-500 g of salt into a bath (about 100 l of water) and dissolve in warm water. Take a dip in the prepared spa and relax. Do not stay in the water for more than 15-20 minutes. After the bath, rinse with lukewarm water and then we recommend relaxing for another 10-15 minutes on a bed under a blanket.
Magnesium treatment takes place for 3-4 weeks in the form of a bath: 1st and 2nd week - 3 times a week 450 g / bath, 3rd and 4th week - 2 times a week 450 g / bath.
