Veral gel is used to eliminate the pain and inflammation of muscles, joints and soft tissues around the joints. It rubs into the skin in the affected areas where it relieves pain, has anti-inflammatory effects and relieves swelling . The product is intended for adults and adolescents from 14 years of age.
Adolescents from 14 to 18 years of age can use it for short-term local treatment of acute injuries:
- sprain
- contusion
- blunt injuries (sports injuries)
In adults over 18 years of age, the effect of Veral gel is used in injuries to soft tissues and post-traumatic conditions, for example:
- sprain
- stretching the muscle
- contusion
- back pain
- in soft tissue rheumatism (tennis elbow) but only after consultation with a physician
Veral gel must not be used in the last trimester of pregnancy. Its use is not recommended during the previous six months and during breast-feeding.
Dosage:
Adults and adolescents over 14 use a small amount of gel 3-4 times a day. Gently rub the gel into the skin at the site of pain or swelling. Wash your hands after applying the gel if they are not a treatment site.
If the symptoms of the disease do not improve or get worse after 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor. Always consult your doctor when treating rheumatic pain. Do not use the product for more than 7 days (adolescents 14-18 years) or without a doctor's advice. 14 days (adults over 18 years).
Composition:
The active substance is diclofenac sodium 1.0 g (1%) in 100 g of gel.
The other ingredients are sodium hydroxide, hyetellose, carbomer, propylene glycol, medium saturated triglycerides, propylparaben, methylparaben, purified water.
Notice:
During treatment and for two weeks thereafter, avoid direct sunlight and stay in the solarium;
Veral contains propylene glycol, methylparaben and propylparaben. Methylparaben and propylparaben may cause allergic reactions (probably delayed).
