VitaHarmony Folic Acid 400 mcg 90 tablets

Folic acid is one of the water-soluble vitamins. It contributes to the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy, is involved in the process of cell division and amino acid synthesis, therefore it is recommended to women approximately 3 months before the planned conception, both pregnant and nursing.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 400 µg folic acid.

Dosage:

½ tablets, pregnant women 1 tablet daily
