VitaHarmony Vitamin B12 120 tablets

VitaHarmony Vitamin B12, or cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that is important for cell division. This is especially true for red blood cells that carry oxygen to the body. In addition to hematopoiesis, this vitamin is important for the proper functioning of the nervous system, mental activity and reduces the level of fatigue and exhaustion. It also contributes to normal energy metabolism and promotes immunity.

Ingredients:

One tablet contains 300 µg of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), 200 µg of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Dosage:

1 tablet per day
