Kelp, a seaweed growing in the cold waters of the world's oceans, is a very rich natural source of iodine, which is essential for proper thyroid function . Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily with food. Drink with liquid.
Ingredients
Kelp 30 mg, contains 150 µg iodine per tablet.
Fillers (calcium hydrogen phosphate), anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, silica, stearic acid), bubbleweed (Fucus vesiculosus) powder, stabilizer (magnesium stearate).
