Wolfberry Mulberry herbal tea 50 g

The mullein grows in sunny places and, by its height and yellow flowers, looks like a torch. It has traditionally been used to prepare infusion for colds associated with irritating, unproductive cough. It is most often found in tea mixtures for coughing.

Preparation and use:

Pour 1/4 l of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of mullein blossom, leave to infuse for 15 minutes in a covered container. Then decant. The infusion is always fresh. We sip tea 3 - 4 cups a day.
