Recommended dosage:

Take 2 capsules of N-Acetyl L-Glutamine on an empty stomach twice a day (preferably in the morning and immediately after training). Drink down with a glass of water. If you do not have training on that day, take the second dose at bedtime. 1 dose = 3 capsules.
