Zincorot is a medicine that contains zinc as an active substance, a trace element needed for biological processes in the human body. Zincorot is used in conditions associated with zinc deficiency, in cases where its intake of food does not sufficiently cover the body's increased need for zinc intake, such as: colds, increased susceptibility to infections, impaired / prolonged wound healing. Zinc is very important for the proper functioning of the immune system. If you do not feel better within 14 days or if you become overweight, you must consult a doctor. In other conditions associated with zinc deficiency (increased susceptibility to infections and impaired / prolonged wound healing), the product should only be used on the recommendation of a doctor, who will decide on the duration of treatment.
Dosage and method of use
Zinkorot composition is administered orally (by mouth), fasting, with sufficient liquid. Each tablet can be divided into two equal halves. Adults and adolescents (12 to 17 years of age): the recommended dose is 1 to 2 tablets of Zinkorot (equivalent to 25 to 50 mg of zinc) a day. The tablets can be divided so that half a tablet is taken a maximum of 4 times a day. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Ingredients
The active substance is zinci orotas dihydricus. Each tablet contains 157.36 mg of zinc orotas dihydricus (equivalent to 25 mg zinc). The other ingredients are: Colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K30, croscarmellose sodium, talc, magnesium stearate.
Contraindication
Do not take Zinkorot if you are allergic to zinc orotate dihydrate, zinc or any of the other ingredients. Zinkorot is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. Read the package leaflet carefully.
