L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that enters the brain through the bloodstream and is converted to serotonin in the presence of pyridoxine (vitamin B6).
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system activity, normal mental activity and to reduced fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage and method of use
Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, it is used as follows: children from 15 years of age and adults 1-2 capsules a day on an empty stomach or 1-2 capsules at bedtime.
