How to use: 1. Tear the mask in the middle along the perforated line to separate the pair. 2. Use slight force to separate the mask until 2 sides open as shown in the picture. 3. Insert the heel into the mask as shown in the picture. The long side of the mask should cover your foot from heel to arch. 4. Peel off the stickers to attach the mask to the upper leg. Leave on for 60-90 minutes. 5. Remove and discard the mask. Then rinse with water.
