How to apply:
Using an application glove, apply to the skin in circular motions. Start at the ankles and work your way up. The color of the foam helps you check that you have applied it evenly. Apply the foam to the soles of the feet and the backs of the hands until the end, using only what is left on the glove after the full body application. Allow to dry briefly before dressing and leave on: 20 minutes for light tan, 60 minutes for medium intensity, 90 for intense tan. Then rinse the body.
