Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day. Take the tablet with water during or after a meal.
Ingredients
Magnesium lactate, filler: cellulose, zinc gluconate, Peruvian cress root extract (maca, Lepidium meyenii), fillers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, rice starch, polishing agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
