Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (probiotics) are living microorganisms that occur in the digestive tract and form the natural intestinal microflora. The intestinal microflora affects digestion and the health of the body. Disruption of the balance of intestinal flora can occur, for example, by taking antibiotics, changing diet or environment while traveling. Prebiotics serve as nutrients for probiotics. Food supplement MOVit Energy Probiotics EXTRA STRONG contains a complex of 11 strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, inulin (prebiotic) and vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. The product is intended for adults and children from 3 years of age.

Take 1–2 capsules daily with meals. Microorganisms are able to survive various conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better when taken with food such as oatmeal with low-fat milk compared to taking it with water or juice alone. The capsule can be opened, emptied and the contents mixed with a little liquid below 30°C.
