Creapure ®  creatine monohydrate is tested for the absence of undesirable impurities: creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine.  

DOSAGE:

Filling phase (week 1):  Mix 5 g in 500 ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Consume 4 doses daily at regular intervals for 5 days.
Maintenance phase (weeks 3-4):  Mix 5 g in 500 ml of water, fruit juice or meal replacement. Consume 1 dose daily.
