What is Ibuprofen?

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is commonly used to relieve pain and reduce fever.

Dosage & Administration

General Dosing Guide

  • Daily dose: 20–30 mg/kg of body weight

  • Frequency: Divide into 3–4 doses/day

  • Interval between doses: 6–8 hours

  • Do not exceed: Maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours

⚠️ If fever persists for more than:

How to Use

  1. Insert dosing syringe firmly into bottle neck

  2. Shake bottle well

  3. Turn bottle upside down and draw the required amount

  4. Administer slowly into the child’s mouth using the syringe

Composition

Active ingredient:

  • Ibuprofen β€” 20 mg per 1 ml of suspension

Other ingredients:

  • Citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium chloride, sodium saccharin, domiphenium bromide, polysorbate 80, maltitol solution (E965), xanthan gum, strawberry flavor, glycerol, purified water
