Ingredients: D-Mannose, Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) Extract (fruit), Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Picolinate

Recommended dosage : 
Day 1-3: Dissolve 2 measuring spoons (1.85 g each) in a glass of water (250 ml) in the morning and evening and drink immediately. 
From day 4: Use 2 measuring spoons in the evening.
