Solgar Zinc is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets. Each tablet contains 22 mg of zinc picolinate.
Zinc contributes to:
- normal function of the immune system
- protecting cells from oxidative stress
- normal fertility and reproduction
- maintaining normal vision
- maintaining normal skin, nails and hair
The tablets do not contain gluten, wheat, milk, soy, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavors or dyes. The tablets have a vegan composition.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended daily dosage: As a dietary supplement, adults take one tablet every other day, ideally with food or as directed by a doctor.
