Amix ™ Glutamine + BCAAs is a product containing branched amino acids BCAAs in a ratio of 2:1:1 in combination with the amino acid L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is the amino acid that occurs in the greatest amount in the human body. It represents 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of total circulating amino acids. BCAA amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) make up about 33% of total muscle protein. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
